Well, we made it through the Fast Forward 20th Anniversary Party. It was a very pleasant evening – while we were never super crowded at the party (which we attribute to being the only party on the 13th floor) – we did have a number of authors, editors, and friends stop by and chat. The room didn’t get unbearably hot, and most of the time folks could sit and chat without having to yell themselves hoarse. People seemed to enjoy the cake, the special cheese we brought from our friends at Cato Corner Farm, and the free giveaways we had for everyone who stopped by.
